The authors studied the influence of dietary soybean oil versus palmoil on the plasma level of triacylglycerols in an crossover experiment with four horses. It appeared, that feeding feeding soybean oil to horses did not affect triacylglycerol secretion into plasma and, for that, the concentration of plasma triacylglycerols was not influenced.
